No Refunds, No-Show Policy, Terms of Service & Media Consent
Event Agreement & Media Release
Effective for All Events Hosted by P3 Paula’s Paranormal Project / P3Paranormal.com
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All ticket purchases and event access passes are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.
No refunds, cancellations, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to no-shows, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, dissatisfaction, weather conditions, or denial of entry/removal from an event.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
By registering for, purchasing tickets or event access passes to, or attending any event hosted, organized, or affiliated with P3 Paula’s Paranormal Project / P3Paranormal.com (“P3”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies:
Definition of Ticket / Event Access Pass
For the purposes of this agreement, the term “ticket” refers to an Event Access Pass granting the purchaser the right to access a scheduled live event occurring at a specific date, time, and location.
A ticket does not guarantee attendance, participation, personal experience, satisfaction, or outcomes.
The service provided by P3 is the availability of access to the scheduled event.
Once access is made available at the scheduled date and time, the service is considered fully rendered, regardless of whether the ticket holder attends, participates, or checks in.
1. No Refund / No-Show / Non-Attendance / Weather Policy
All ticket purchases, event access passes, and bookings for ghost hunts, investigations, and related live experiences are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.
P3 operates under a strict all sales are final policy due to advance scheduling, staffing, venue coordination, and limited event capacity.
No refunds, cancellations, reversals, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Personal circumstances
-
Illness
-
Travel issues
-
Scheduling conflicts
-
Dissatisfaction
-
Voluntary decision not to attend
-
Weather conditions
-
Denial of entry or removal from the event for any reason outlined in this agreement
Failure to attend an event for any reason constitutes a voluntary no-show and does not qualify as non-delivery of services.
Certain events may take place during winter months or in conditions impacted by snow, ice, or hazardous travel conditions. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with travel and weather. If the event proceeds as scheduled, the service is considered fully rendered regardless of attendance.
The service provided by P3 is the availability of access to a scheduled live event occurring at a specific date, time, and location. The service is considered fully rendered once access is made available, regardless of individual attendance, participation, or level of engagement.
Event Cancellation by P3
In the event that P3 cancels or is unable to conduct an event due to circumstances within or outside of its control, including but not limited to venue issues, safety concerns, or third-party interference, P3 may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following:

Rescheduling of the event to a future date, or
-
Transfer of the ticket value as credit toward a future event
These remedies satisfy P3’s obligations to the purchaser.
P3 may utilize third-party venues or hosts and is not financially responsible for cancellations initiated by vendors or venues.
Ticket Transfer Policy
Tickets may be transferred to another individual with prior notice to P3.
The original purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the recipient is aware of and agrees to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in this agreement.
P3 is not responsible for disputes between private parties regarding transferred tickets.
2. Photography & Videography Consent
P3 events may be recorded in part or in full through photography, videography, audio recording, livestreaming, or other media formats.
Such media may capture attendees, including you, as part of group shots, crowd scenes, or event activities.
By attending, you grant P3 and its affiliates the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and permission to photograph, video record, record audio, and otherwise capture your likeness, voice, and participation.
You authorize the use of such media for promotional, commercial, archival, documentary, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, livestreams, advertisements, press releases, and internal use.
You understand that there is no expectation of privacy while attending P3 events and waive any right to inspect or approve finished media products.
You further waive any claim to compensation, royalties, ownership rights, or damages arising from the use of your likeness or participation.
If you do not consent to photography or recording, you should not attend P3 events.
3. Terms of Service
Right to Refuse Service / Removal Without Refund:
P3 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, revoke access, deny entry, or remove any individual from an event at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

Disruptive or unsafe behavior

Intoxication or suspected substance use
-
Harassment or inappropriate conduct
-
Failure to follow event rules or staff instructions
-
Safety concerns for the individual or others
Any individual who is denied entry or removed from an event for any reason is not entitled to a refund, credit, reschedule, or compensation of any kind.
Modification of Operations:
P3 reserves the right to modify, adjust, or update event details, schedules, locations, procedures, safety protocols, or operational practices at any time, with or without prior notice, as reasonably necessary.
Consent to Communication:
By registering or purchasing, you consent to being contacted by P3 via email, phone call, text/SMS, website communications, or other reasonable means related to your purchase, event logistics, or operational matters. Standard message and data rates may apply.
4. Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk
By attending any P3 event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless P3 Paula’s Paranormal Project, P3Paranormal.com, its owners, officers, members, affiliates, partners, staff, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to:

Attendance or participation in event activities

Physical movement through event locations, including historic, private, or potentially hazardous sites

Use of photography, videography, or other recorded media
-
Enforcement of the No Refund, No-Show, Chargeback, or Removal policies
-
Modifications, delays, interruptions, or cancellations outside of P3’s reasonable control
5. Acknowledgment of Agreement
By purchasing a ticket or event access pass, registering for, being granted access to, or attending any P3 event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Event Agreement, No Refund Policy, No-Show Policy, Chargeback Policy, Terms of Service, and Media Release in full.
Agreement to these terms is a mandatory condition of purchase and entry to all P3 events.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing an event access pass or ticket, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons including but not limited to:

Non-attendance
-
Failure to appear
-
Dissatisfaction
-
Personal inability to attend
-
Denial of entry or removal from the event
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-refundable event access service and agree that the service is considered rendered once event access is made available.
Any chargeback initiated in violation of this agreement may result in permanent exclusion from future P3 events.
P3 reserves the right to submit this agreement, proof of acceptance, attendance records, access logs, check-in documentation, and communication records as evidence in response to any chargeback or payment dispute.
Split Payment (Deposit) Policy
Deposit Requirement:
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation but does not count as full payment.

Remaining Balance:
A follow-up invoice will be issued for the remaining balance. The balance must be paid in full by the assigned due date and no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event.

Payment Status:
Reservations are only considered Paid in Full once the total balance is received and processed. Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in forfeiture of the reservation and the deposit. No exceptions will be made.

Event Participation:
Anyone who has not paid in full will not be allowed to attend or participate. Individuals attempting to participate without full payment may be:

Asked to leave immediately
-
Removed by any means necessary
-
Subject to trespassing enforcement
These measures are in place to ensure the safety, fairness, and experience of all attendees who have completed payment.
