Who says ghost hunting has to stop when temperatures drop?

This winter, leave the freezing outdoor investigations behind and step inside the historic Baum Opera House for a heated indoor paranormal investigation with P3 Paula’s Paranormal Project.

Originally built by German immigrant Charles Baum, the Baum Opera House opened on April 1, 1885, following construction that began in 1884.

Baum had already established the Baum House hotel, and his remarkable story included surviving a shooting during a holdup in 1888.

Over the decades, the Opera House has served as a theater, skating rink, gymnasium, fire truck station, dinner theater, and various bars and clubs, including the notorious teen club known as The Zoo.

With more than a century of history behind its doors, this building has witnessed generations of entertainment, community gatherings, and change.

But some visitors believe the stories did not end when the lights went out.

WHAT MIGHT YOU EXPERIENCE?

Previous investigation teams and visitors have reported shadow figures moving through rooms and hallways, misty apparitions, unexplained visual phenomena, unexpected cold spots, paranormal investigation equipment activating in multiple rooms, and unexplained sounds and music.

No experience is necessary. Just bring your curiosity, an open mind, and respect for the historic location.

ACCESSIBILITY & WINTER INVESTIGATION INFORMATION

This is an indoor, heated paranormal event.

The investigation takes place inside the Baum Opera House, so you can explore without spending the evening ghost hunting outdoors in the cold.

Please wear comfortable, suitable footwear.

Historic buildings may have original staircases, uneven floors, narrow hallways, and other conditions common to older structures.

Participants must be able to safely navigate the areas included in the investigation.

P3 will monitor weather conditions and prioritize attendee safety.

If severe weather or unsafe conditions prevent the event from taking place, the investigation may be rescheduled.

If the event proceeds as scheduled, weather-related refunds or date changes will not be offered.
