Waynesville, Ohio has a long history, and some of its historic buildings have stories that refuse to stay in the past.

This winter, P3 is taking the ghost hunt indoors.

Founded in 1797 by Quakers, Waynesville has more than two centuries of history and a reputation for reported paranormal activity.

During the winter months, P3 — Paula’s Paranormal Project takes you inside heated historic locations throughout Waynesville’s Main Street Historic Area for a hands-on paranormal investigation.

🔦 THIS ISN’T A WALKING TOUR. THIS IS A GHOST HUNT.

Each month, P3 investigates a minimum of two haunted locations within Waynesville’s Main Street Historic Area.

Locations change from month to month, meaning every investigation offers a different opportunity to explore historic buildings, hear their stories, and investigate reported paranormal activity.

P3 works closely with local small business owners and homeowners throughout Waynesville, providing access to historic and reportedly haunted locations that you may not otherwise have the opportunity to investigate.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

🔦 3-hour paranormal investigation — 7:00 PM–10:00 PM

🏚️ Minimum of 2 haunted locations every month

⏱️ At least 1½ hours investigating each location

❄️ Heated indoor investigation locations

👻 Different locations every month — no month is the same

📖 Hear the documented history, reported hauntings, and P3’s firsthand experiences

🔬 Learn about P3’s approach to paranormal investigation and the scientific process

📱 Bring your own paranormal investigation equipment and investigate alongside P3

👻 Investigation time may vary depending on paranormal activity and conditions at each location

📍 TICKET & LOCATION INFORMATION

Your exact meeting location is not provided at the time of ticket purchase.

After purchasing your ticket, P3 will personally contact you within one week of your scheduled event date with the meeting location and additional information for that evening.

All investigation locations are within Waynesville’s Main Street Historic Area, but locations will not necessarily be within walking distance of one another.

🚗 You will need your own transportation between locations.

P3 will provide information about the locations and the distance between them when she contacts you before the event.

Be prepared to drive short distances between investigation locations. 

Historic buildings may have original staircases, uneven floors, narrow hallways, and other conditions common to older structures. 

Participants must be able to safely navigate these areas.

Ages 12+.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.

P3 will monitor weather conditions and prioritize attendee safety. 

If weather makes the event unsafe, the investigation may be rescheduled.

If the event proceeds as scheduled, weather-related refunds or date changes will not be offered.
