Reservation Policy

By completing a reservation for a P3 event where this policy is referenced, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Reservation Requirement

A reservation fee may be required to secure your seat for certain events.

Due to the limited and intimate nature of P3 experiences, only confirmed reservations will be accommodated.

Purpose of Reservation Fee

The reservation fee secures your spot and may contribute toward event-specific costs, which vary by event.

Attendance Commitment

Each reservation holds a dedicated seat within a limited group setting.

Your attendance ensures the experience remains complete for both yourself and fellow guests.

Event Structure

Event format varies by experience and may include dining, guided tours, investigations, or other hosted activities.

Specific event details may vary by event and will be listed on the individual event page.

Guests are responsible for any costs not explicitly included with their reservation for the specific event.
 

Arrival & Timing

Guests should arrive 10–15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Late arrivals may miss portions of the experience.

Age Requirement

Most events are strictly 18+ unless otherwise stated.

Valid identification may be required.

No exceptions.

Event Conditions

Certain portions of events may take place outdoors or in varying conditions.

Guests should dress appropriately and be prepared for the nature of the specific event as described on the event page.

Guest Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward the venue, staff, and fellow guests.

Failure to do so may result in removal from the event.
