Private Investigation: Old Charleston Jail

Built in 1802, this infamous jail housed pirates, Civil War prisoners, and some of Charleston’s most dangerous criminals. Constructed on land tied to burial grounds and suffering, it remains one of the most active paranormal locations in the South.

Deposit (non-refundable): $530 — pay online to lock your spot in the haunted system

Total Balance due: $2,800.00 (due 1 month before the adventure) — we’ll follow up with a bi-monthly invoice, and you can pay via PayPal, Venmo, Check, or online credit card (additional credit card fees will apply).

You can pay your remaining balance in increments at any time, as long as each scheduled payment is received by its due date.

❌ Not Included in the Package:

• Transportation to and from Charleston & Savannah – Airfare, train, or personal travel arrangements are the responsibility of attendees.

• Transportation within the cities – Walking, ride-shares, taxis, or rental cars are not included. (Carpooling options may be coordinated among guests.)

• Meals at the Airbnb – While accommodations include kitchens or space to prepare quick bites, dining out is at your own expense.

• Optional historical or cultural tours – Any tours, museums, or special attractions outside of the included itinerary (like plantations, historic homes, or local exhibits) are separate.

• Souvenirs or personal shopping – Any purchases beyond the included experiences.

• Gratuities – Tips for guides, drivers, or local staff are not included.

• Special equipment or personal investigation tools – Guests are encouraged to bring their own paranormal gear if desired
