Historic Baum Opera House Paranormal Investigation

🎭 P3 Returns to the Historic Baum Opera House – A Winter Haunt You Won’t Forget

📍 Location: The Baum Opera House, Miamisburg, Ohio

👻 Ages 12+ Welcome | Heated Indoor Location | Full Access to the Entire Building

Step into history—and possibly into the paranormal—at one of Miamisburg’s most iconic and haunted landmarks: The Baum Opera House.

Originally built by German immigrant Charles Baum, this magnificent structure opened its doors on April 1, 1885, after construction began in 1884. The Opera House followed Baum’s earlier success with his hotel, The Baum House, a venture that nearly cost him his life in 1888 when he was shot during a holdup—but survived to continue building his legacy.

With over a century of use as a theater, skating rink, gymnasium, fire truck station, dinner theater, and later, various bars and clubs (including the notorious teen club The Zoo), this building holds layers of Miamisburg history... and a few spirits who refuse to leave.

👀 What You Might Experience:Our teams—and others—have reported:

• Shadow figures darting through spaces

• Misty apparitions

• Cold spots with no explanation

• Equipment lighting up in multiple rooms at once

• Playful pranks and music-loving spirits that respond to sound

One group even called it “the most active night they’ve ever had.” Spirits here don’t just linger—they participate.

✨ Whether you’re a seasoned paranormal investigator or new to the world of ghost hunting, this location is perfect for all experience levels.

• Bring your own gear or use ours.

• A Ghost Hunting 101 session will be available (optional).
